Victoria Dunn, Founder

Victoria Dunn started V Formation Group to continue her work supporting organizations with strategic planning, team building, and program development. Victoria has worked with several high-achieving college success non-profits, including Posse Foundation, KIPP Foundation, and Bottom Line. She has often joined teams at major inflection points, and so has built the expertise to move through the ambiguity to clarity of direction and goals.

An experienced facilitator, Victoria thrives in designing creative, engaging and purposeful sessions for teams. In 2023, Victoria participated in the Seeding Disruption Fellowship. At the heart of her professional journey lies a steadfast commitment to enhancing educational equity and leadership development.

Victoria has called Washington, DC home for more than 20 years, and endeavors to continue to contribute to the development and growth of the city.
